For our client in the bank industry we are looking for a Functional analyst.

Start: December
Duration: 6 months with chance of extension.
Language: Dutch or French
Location Brussel centrum

Our client is currently working the Identity and Access Management tool (IIQ)

IIQ is also known as Identity IQ. This access management tool is part of Sail Point: Identity Governance & Cloud Identity Management Software.

The team is looking for an experimented functional analyst to cooperate in Identity, Access Management and Provisioning. The Identity and Access Management tool (IIQ) has been implemented in Belfius 4 years ago. The IIQ connectors for provisioning are being implemented on Windows, Unix, Linux, Mainframe, Oracle and SharePoint to ensure the continuity of the IAM & provisioning of the migrated applications (to the segregated network).

We closely collaborate with IS4F, ITSO, architects, ORM and Access Management

Profile:

The IAM domain becomes more and more central in the bank and we need to onboard new analysts to complete many challenges like:

- To learn to know the software package IIQ, its configuration and parameterization
- To analyze the business needs
- To integrate the access management of new applications
- To implement IIQ provisioning connectors
- To ensure the growing number of D2D problems
- To help ICT teams in the translation and implementation of their access management to the new segregated platforms

Seniority: Senior, 9-15 years experience

Technical Skills:

- Java
- Mainframe

- IAM software package IIQ

Functional Skills:

- Being able to lead (impact) analysis on our IAM solution or on the business activities
- Being able to lead an analysis/medium project which depends on input from multiple stakeholders - Good knowledge of IAM
- Good knowledge of package management (IIQ)
- Knowledge of global architecture principles

Interpersonal Skills:

- Team player

- Being able to track the IS4F activities
- Assertiveness
- Results oriented
- Analytical skills are important
- Flexible, dynamic, open minded
- Being able to work autonomously within a given context

Language Skills: Good written and oral communication skills (French, Dutch and English)
