NK140: Middleware System Engineer Banking, Brussels
Background
The position is open in the Middleware and File Transfer team,
Working from our Brussels' office, you will be joining the Middleware and File Transfer team, that is in charge of supporting and maintained the existing infrastructure, contributing to existing projects, and looking at evolution for the future.
You will contribute to the team objectives. That includes:
- Support existing environments (deployment, configuration, incidents resolution)
- Participating the 2nd level of support for our production in the scope of our watch duty
- Contribute to projects, participating to design and implementation activities
- Participate to the on-going initiative to improve our release management
Skills required:
You have at least 5 to 10 years of experience with IBM Sterling Connect:Direct, ConnectillegalWordess, IBM MQ, Axway CFT and related tooling.
You're expertise allows you to master the internal of those products and the impact of changes on applications using them.
You are familiar with Unix, z/OS, Windows and Tandem platforms.
You are willing to join the bank's Middleware engineering team, as a key expert. You are a team player, ready to coach/raise expertise of team members.
You are familiar with financial companies, and understand the criticality and constrains of such IT environments.
