Management Assistant to Regional Business Development VP at World Leading Energy Trading Company.

6-12 Months Initially

£30,000 Per Year

World Leading Global Energy Trading Company has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic organised Personal Assistant to provide fully comprehensive administrative support to the VP of Energy Europe.

Job Details:

  • Diary management allocates and prioritises time.
  • Booking flights, accommodation, cars and any visas that may be required.
  • Coordinate International Visa's, itineraries and travel documents.
  • Arrange all meeting, coordinating participation and booking rooms.
  • Set-up of Video Conferencing, Audio Conferencing and Web Conferences.
  • Process expenses and invoices and track accordingly the costs and budgets
  • Set up and maintain paper based and electronic filing systems
  • Handle arrangements for all visitors and manage team meetings
  • Assisting in preparation of documents, reports, presentation material.
  • Maintaining organisation charts, SharePoint and webpages.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3 years Personal Assistant experience in a Global Corporate Environment
  • Educated to at least an A level Standard able to hit the ground running
  • SharePoint will be a distinct advantage, along with strong MS Office
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities and manage workload
  • Display initiative, flexibility, efficiency, tact and diplomacy at all times
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both face to face and on the phone
  • Able to multitask and manage conflicting priorities
  • Communicate and establish positive relationships at all levels.
