IREG Support Engineer - 1 year contract - Zaventem, Belgium
I am recruiting on behalf of a leading Mobile Telecoms company for a IREG Support Engineer to be based in Zaventem, Belgium.
I am looking for someone with the following experience:
Scope of expected activities:
Testing:
- IR24 - voice
- IR32 - camel (inbound, outbound)
- IR35 - GPRS incl. 2/3G
- IR60 (camel+GPRS)
- IR38 - 4G
Configuration
- ISUP Int. Carrier Routing changes
- SS7 Int. Carrier Routing changes
- Global title configuration HLR & STP
- IMSI configuration MSC, SGSN & MME
- HSS roaming configuration
Trouble tickets handling
- Customer tickets (2nd level Support)
- External tickets (1st Level Support)
Experience in tools:
- SIGOS
- Roamsys
- Trouble ticketing systems
French language skills essential
