Service Manager (Application)

I am currently hiring an Italian speaking Service Manager (Application) for a long term opportunity with a client of mine in Italy. The initial contract offered will be for 1 year with renewal option based on performance.

Job Description:

  • Manage all aspects of the end to end Application Maintenance delivery
  • Regular tracking and reporting of deliveries, KPIs, compliance to SLAs
  • Coordination of delivery with appropriate customer stakeholders - customers etc.
  • Team management - in an onsite offshore model. Mentoring team members, performance management
  • Customer management for the respective stream

Primary Skills required:

  • Good understanding and exposure on SDLC process
  • Understanding of Application maintenance Service management responsibilities - SLA based delivery
  • Exposure to Mainframe preferred
  • Bilingual (Italian/English)
  • Good coordination skills, ability to build working relationships with multiple client stakeholders, teams (IT, vendors, Business)
  • Effective leadership capabilities in multicultural environment
  • Experience of working in international environment
