Description

Our government client requires resource to help with IT clinic duties. The vacancy holders will be expected to hold daily clinics on the relevant site for customers to walk in with any IT issues they are currently experiencing. This role will include diagnosing and resolving all IT issues/Logging all issues on MSD for audit purposes/2nd Line BAU work when not working in the clinic/reporting/daily calls with managers.

The vacancy holders need to very IT Literate, have worked on 1st/2nd line IT desks before. Have a wide knowledge of Microsoft packages/Devices/Active Directory and supporting customers. Be able to work on their own as they will be holding the clinics themselves, have great customer service and be able to work in a very fast paced and constantly changing environment.

  • IT literate, proficient in Outlook 2016, Word, Excel, Powerpoint 2010 and 2016,
  • Able to investigate and diagnose issues with devices (surface Pros/Blackberry)
  • Adaptable and resilient, the role will encompass a broad range of tasks and responsibilities and duties will vary over time
  • ITIL Service Management
  • AD Experience
