Computer Aided Design (CAD) Planner - 3 months contract - £250-£300 - Professional Services
My client is a multinational professional services firm based in London Bridge. They are looking for a candidate who will work within Administration and Workplace Services (AWS) and will be responsible for a number of key service teams that support the business; this includes Workplace, Operations and Business Support Services. The CAD Planner is responsible for supporting the AWS team in the provision and effective management of its CAD processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting in management of the UK CAD portfolio, completing updates on request from relevant teams in AWS.
- Liaise with relevant AWS Team members in producing CAD drawings.
- Maintaining the CAD library.
- Keeping directory of drawings up to date and documented.
- Updating and maintaining CAFM database.
- Support the Space and Project Manager in delivering their responsibilities.
- Adhoc AWS related Projects.
Key Attributes:
. Demonstrable proficiency with AutoCAD.
. IT literate.
. Past experience of using IBM TRIRIGA is preferred.
General Experience:
. Relevant technical qualifications/industry experience managing CAD operations for a large partnership or financial institution of comparable size and complexity and within a regional and/or global environment.
. Good track record in all areas of CAD management and compliance with ISO or equivalent) standards.
