Global CRM Manager: World Leading Oil and Gas co.

World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a CRM Advisor to drive the global CRM agenda building customer loyalty and value to the organisation and ultimately have happier and more satisfied customers.

Based in London, you will be working in a highly Matrix environment connecting closely with the wider marketing team, key global agencies, IT teams and key markets. You must be comfortable diving deep into the data generating actionable insights which feed into the development and implementation of localised CRM campaigns across our different segments.

About the Role:
To retain and grow our loyal customers base and share of wallet through the delivery of CRM communications
Support the development and implementation of the contact strategy through markets
Align with the wider Marketing team to ensure CRM delivery are aligned against the local Marketing Priorities
Regularly sharing key campaign learning with stakeholders through appropriate forums
Ongoing coaching on CRM functional expertise to wider Marketing Community
Development and implementation of stakeholder engagement plans to ensure key parties are fully briefed on plan and results
Analysis of results reporting driving continuous improvement and test & learn agenda
Agency management

About You:
Strong brand management skills - understanding proposition development, creative development, channel integration and use of brand guidelines
Strong commercial acumen and ability to build annual forecast with markets
In-depth knowledge of email marketing principles (preferably within the retail sector) and the end to end process for a direct campaign from strategy to deployment
Excellent analytical knowledge allowing confident management and challenge of analytics
A high degree of passion and enthusiasm for innovative channels and technologies
Strong agency management skills reviewing fees and performance
Good influencing skills and building relationships with stakeholders
Strong project management skills and ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously
Strong budget management, commercial awareness and producing campaign proposals with full business case and scenarios
Solid experience in managing various and multiple number of stakeholders
Communicates key insights in a way that is easy for less analytical stakeholders to understand
Takes ownership of campaigns; communicates and resolves issues at an early stage
Proactively identifies opportunities where personalised marketing can be used to help customers live well for less
Uses experience to come up with new ways of doing things to create positive change.

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
