Description:
As part of the Client's Workspace and Identity Services (OPSW) located in the Client Office in Valencia (Spain), the consultant will provide on-going support for SCCM services and will implement service enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, deploy and manage SCCM infrastructure for client and its partner organizations
Provide support and in-depth troubleshooting to any issues related to the SCCM infrastructure or functionalities
Support, maintain and optimize the SCCM and related infrastructure
OS deployment and management (Image creation, driver package, Task sequence, ZTI, LTI, etc.)
Define SCCM on-going maintenance tasks
Define SCCM Disaster recovery procedures
Define subscriptions, baselines
Delegation of SCCM for 1st and 2nd level
Software update configuration and management
3rd party update configuration and management
Power management
Client and Server Side troubleshooting and analysis
MBAM administration
Integration of MDT
Skills and Qualifications
5 years of experience in management of Microsoft System Center Configuration Management (SCCM) infrastructure, and at least 3 years on SCCM 2012
Working knowledge on SCCM current branch desirable
Experience with Desktop migration from XP, Windows 7 to Windows 8, 8.1, 10
Experience with Direct Access desirable
Experience with 802.1x authentication desirable
Good working knowledge of SQL
Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, KMS, PKI, SQL
Experience with Windows Sever 2008 and 2012 R2
Experience in large-scale and complex environments, particularly global implementations
Strong Scripting skills
Strong knowledge of networking
Certification of SCCM 2012
Knowledge of Anti-Virus products desirable
Knowledge on Intune desirable
Familiar with LAN, TCP/IP, Firewalls
Strong document writing skills
Incident management providing detailed root cause analysis
Knowledge of Service Level Management principles
Able to work autonomously
