Description
Our Fortune 500 direct insurance client is looking for a Sr. Windows Systems Engineer in Mayfield Village, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows 20XX, IIS6/7.x and .NET 3.5 and 4.x applications in a production environment. Plusses include: SQL queries, C# or Java basic programming, or PowerShell Scripting. Sponsorship is available.Required:
4+ years of experience supporting Windows , IIS 7.x and .NET 4.x applications in a production environment. Strong IIS experience is required.
Sound working knowledge of Information Security (LDAP, RBAC, Digital certificates) and Network concepts (Load balancing/Failover, DNS, FTP, SMTP)
Scripting knowledge: Experience in PowerShell (or similar Scripting language) is required.
Plusses:
Experience with automation/configuration management using DSC, Chef, or Puppet is a plus.
Exposure to cloud services like AWS, Azure is a plus
. Application development background (C# or Java) is a plus.
