Job description summary Perform Business Analysis for Application evolution (Application Development = AD). Selection of the most adequate solution fitting the Client needs & the package feasibility. Be part of the resolution of the incidents when occurring on the application & supporting business users.
Responsibilities
ON A SAP PM environment:
Work on functional changes, estimates, functional analysis. Delivering quality on-time
Participate support activities
o Incidents
o Questions
o Service Requests
o Problem Management (Root-cause analysis, bug fixing, )
o Analysis
IT-Skills
Able to establish specifications
SAP PM IS A MUST
ITIL is a plus (Incident/change management)
Able to understand clients expectations, anticipate needs and proactively propose relevant solutions
Soft-Skills
Able to build and maintain the relationship with customer IT member at client side
Stress resistant, team oriented, flexible, self organized and communicative
Challenged by complex problems
Strong analytical mentality/conceptual way of thinking
Service-oriented attitude
Other specifics Fluent oral communication skills in French & English
Fluent writing in Dutch or French AND English
