My client a leading consultancy is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to join their team.
As the Senior Agile coach you will be responsible for implementation a new agile process/environment for my client. Secondly you will support scrum masters by acting as an information point for each member of the team, first sprint and facilitate scrum (initially 3 teams). You will become an agile coach for members of your team.
Key skills and experiences
*Experience with agile development in both projects and LoB (Line of Business) development.
*Experience with organisations with a complex system landscape with many dependencies and a combination of old and new applications. - Preferably modern online platform with an old Back End.
*Must be Swedish speaking
*Must be capable of discussing agile principles/application with team managers in the business.
*Experience of supporting product owner and (educate) their stakeholders as well as project managers.
*Scrum Certified.
