Description
Nextlink Solutions are looking for a UAT Coordinator/Manager for an initial 4 month contract based in Barcelona, Spain.
Scope: Test for windows 10, SCCM, ServiceNow, Vendor specific tools
Service description
- Acting as an internal extension of the client to ensure the vendor is delivering according to agreed SLA's
- Coordinating the client activities that are required for the vendor to deliver
- Oversee creation of test plans
- Review supplier documentation
- Define gaps in scope
- Identify UAT scope
- Report progress into Program Manager
- Track, monitor and report on progress of test execution within UAT
- Manage a detailed plan of activities that will require reviews
- Co-ordinate UAT functions across multiple business areas to drive any required alignment of plans, identify dependencies, and drive any co-ordination efforts required
- Oversee and advise on the creation of test scenarios, scripts and plans ensuring that these are sufficient to provide assurances that business requirements have been met and that existing systems or services will not be disrupted or degraded
- Track, monitor and report UAT progress to project sponsor, stakeholders and the project team. Ensure that risks and issues are escalated appropriately to the Project Manager or stakeholders
- Build and maintain a repository of testing scripts that can be used for future projects, including regression testing
- Advise on best practice and ways to improve UAT quality, approach and speed of execution
- Collaborate with Application Compatibility Testing team
Requisites
Must haves
- At least proven 5 years as a UAT Test Coordinator
- Proven 4 years experience working with 3rd party services providers
- Extensive experience of UAT execution and management
- Experience working extensively with virtual teams
- Experience of analysing and interpreting business requirements
- A high level of influencing and negotiating skills
- Strong, diverse documentation skills
- Highly organised, with a flexible approach to work/Positive and pro-active mind set
- Experience on Windows migrations or service desk outsourcing
- Fluent in English
Desirable
- Windows 10
- Experience in Pharma or Medical Device industry
- Experience in validated, GxP environments
Service deliverables
- Validated UAT test plans
- UAT readiness checks/UAT reports
- Lessons learned for each UAT exercise
Start date: ASAP
Duration: until end of April - extensions may be possible
Location: Barcelona area, Spain
Daily rate: EUROS
