Description
We have an immediate need for a Help Desk Analyst for a long term contract position with a client in Wilmington, DE. There is a strong opportunity for this position to become permanent. The help desk is recruited heavily internally for roles within Networking and incident management within the company. There is a lot of opportunity for growth.
Schedule is Monday - Tuesday, 4pm to 2am and Thursday - Friday, 4pm to 2am. Must be available to fill coverage gaps from time to time that may include a weekend shift.
Required Skills:
- Experience working on a corporate Tier 1 Help Desk, following company policies and procedures
- Experience with a ticketing system
- Primarily responsible for troubleshooting issues with: Outlook, Network Connectivity, Remote Access, Passwords, etc.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
