A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Global Programme Planner to join a leading top tier investment bank based in London to support the Global businesses on planning resource issues.
About the Global Programme Planner role:
You will be responsible for supporting the development of the resource and planning models to support delivery of the projects Globally. The Global Programme Planner is responsible for the Global/Regional/Country Master Plan ('Compliance Plan') integrity, ensuring the individual programme plans are appropriately linked to the Compliance Plan across 4 Global Businesses, 5 Regions, 70+ Countries and that dependencies are identified and monitored, reported and where necessary.
More specifically your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, monitoring and reporting on dependencies where necessary
- Produce an end to end logically linked project plans
- Develop, analyse and report against the projects programme plan, specifically, be able to extract raw data from Clarity and export into an appropriate application and produce defined reports
- Delivering milestone reporting for various key internal and external forums as required
- Ensuring standards are used consistently by the central global, regional and country planners
You will:
- Expert knowledge of Project Portfolio Management concepts
- Able to manage and analyse large data volumes
- Previous experience on delivering Global transformation projects or programmes, frameworks, methodologies and best practises
- Prior Clarity experience or similar project management tools
- Superb communication and leadership skills
