I'm currently working with a client on an urgent requirement looking for a SAS analyst to join their team.
Your objective will be to assist in the development of risk strategy and asset quality through statistical analysis and providing reports to the Credit Risk Department and other business areas, you will also be responsible for providing actionable insight from portfolio analysis spotting trends and patterns with the aim to drive profitability.
The following skills are essential
1. Expertise in SAS
2. A Masters degree within a statistical field
3. 1-2 years professional experience within analytics
4. Advanced Excel knowledge
5. Previous experience with regression (Logistic/Linear)
6. Excellent stakeholder management
The following are desirable but not essential
1. Previous Financial services experience
2. A track record of working independently
