Interim HR Analyst
Working for one of the UK's leading financial services providers we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Analyst to join on an interim basis with the possibility of a permanent role.
Based in central Manchester you will provide analytical support to a HR team that is responsible for employee relations, leadership development, organisational development, performance management, recruitment and reward.
You will have solid experience of identifying improvements through the use of data, management information and reporting as well excellent experience using people databases and recruitment systems.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience of using people databases and recruitment systems
- Experience of creating reports and building reporting tools.
- Excellent data management skills (Excel)
- Experience of designing new processes
