Description
I am partnering with one of our clients, a provider of health, care and life safety systems and services to recruit for an interim Regional Service Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible managing a 30 strong team of field based Engineers, providing clear leadership and vision to ensure that KPI's are met across the engineering function.
They will also be customer facing and ensure that the regional costs are managed within target budgets.
Essential requirements are:
Previous experience in a technical service role
Previous field based staff supervision experience
Engineering/technical background
Excellent staff engagement skills
High emotional intelligence
