Do you have the experience and desire to lead organisations through total transformation? The DevOps Transformation Leader will be part of the DevOps transformation team If you are passionate about bleeding edge technology, leadership and deep diving technically, then this position is for you.
You should be well rounded technically, coming from a broad technical background ranging from infrastructure to development.
A few key skills:
- Come from a broad environment: Infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux or both)
- Would have been a leader or manager in the past
- You'd have a balanced skill set ranging from systems admin to application development & architecture
- High level CI/CD (incl. Cloud/AWS), DevOps strategy, framework solution design/implementation.
- Outstanding consulting skills/senior stakeholder management (sell the DevOps journey)
- Experience with containers & container orchestration - Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos, Swarm
- Experience with several cloud technologies like Azzure, AWS, OpenStack
