NextLink is currently looking for a Senior SAP FI Consultant to work for global pharmaceutical company in Barcelona area, Spain.
Description:
Responsible for Finance Change Request life cycle including:
- Analysis, Build (customising),
- Design Functional specification for ABAP developer,
- Unit test,
- Coordinate UAT with user,
- cut-over activities
- Transport to production environment.
Must haves:
Solid professional experience in SAP Finance, more than 10 years' experience (10-15 years)
- Most of it in Projects (implementations, roll-outs and upgrades)
- Part of it in Support (incidents and change requests) more than 5 years
- Medium - long assignments to each customer (between 6 months and 2 years)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiar to work with virtual teams (off-shore)
- Finance: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Assets Accounting (AA) and Taxes
- Finance month-end close activities
- Treasury: Bank accounting. Electronic Bank Statement (format MT940) and new electronic payments formats (SEPA, MT101 and ACH) and collection formats (SEPA, RIBA, )
Good Knowledge:
- Familiar with SAP Country version for each region (having implemented in several countries)
- Understand and coordination with other teams Integration with E2E logistics flows: (plus Intercompany Flows)
- Order to Cash
- Procurement to Pay
- Plan to Produce
Languages:
It is an Extra (could have):
- Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) (open text solution)
- Treasury: In-House banking (IHB)
- SAP BPC or SAP BW (experience as a user)
- FSCM Collections & Disputes (not so relevant)
- HPSM user experience
