Main tasks:
- Incident management
- Analysis of functional and technical incidents (logs in particular)
- Communication to users
- Coordination of major incidents for resolution up to production
- Maintenance of the backlog of incidents of its business domain and daily sharing with the teams in charge of the resolution
- Support for the deployment of a log research tool
Skills:
- Deliverables: incident file and problem, scripts, communication, cause and impact analysis, reporting
- Technology: JAVA, JS, SQL, HTML, log analysis
- Skills: pro-active, curious, taste for analysis/query, sense of customer service
- What would be a plus: knowledge of banking domain Retail
