Electronics Design Engineer - Bath, 6 months +
An Electronics Design Engineer is required to act as a product lead across a project developing electronics products for defence applications. The core of the role is provide advice on EC directives and EMC Testing to before a product prototype goes to Manufacturing. SC Clearance will be required, so if you have this currently, or have had it previously this will be beneficial

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as product lead across a project developing software-intensive electronic products for defence applications.
- Responsible for ensuring completeness and consistency of product requirements.
- Provide product/system level technical assurance at project gate reviews.
- Advise on and assure product qualification against relevant EC directives and applicable standards.
- Responsible for leading the transition from product development to manufacture, including technical engagement with manufacturing partners.
It is possible that you may be required to travel and/or work away from home during occasional client visits. Therefore you should be prepared to do this.
