Hybris Digital Support Engineer - eCommerce -12 Month Contract - Athens - Greece
Digital Support Engineer required directly by Global End Client. You'll be required for a minimum of 12 months with a likely extension thereafter.
We are looking for someone with good analytical skills, fair understanding of a complex architecture. Good understanding/knowledge of Hybris is definitely a strong asset. It's a fast paced environment with a supportive management team. The rates are good and there is also opportunity to learn new technology and progress into a more Senior role
Mandatory skills:
Working experience in standard IT processes (change management, release management, incident management, problem management, project management)
Excellent command of Microsoft Office solutions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken.
Considered an asset:
ITIL fundamentals knowledge
HP Service Center
Atlassian Jira/Confluence
Service management
Experience in eCommerce platforms (hybris, ATG, IBM WebSphere Commerce etc.)
Java knowledge
Web development knowledge
Affinity with order fulfilment and electronic payment
