Description
A Web Solutions Manager is required for my client, an international IT distribution organisation, in Prague.
Your role as the successful Web Solutions Manager is to take a consultative approach to the current eCommerce solution, and to improve the solutions whilst adhering to the ever-changing requests from key stakeholders. Managing a team of 5-7 direct reports from all over the world, you will be expected to manage the functional aspects of the eCommerce solution, therefore this role will require very little technical skills, and the main focus is specifically on your ability, and proven experience, of managing a culturally diverse team around the world, in order to continuously improve the eCommerce solution, which is responsible for 40% of all sales for this particular organisation.
Experience:
- Experience working with key stake holders up to C-level
- Experience managing teams off-shore and on-shore
- Competent in eCommerce project delivery
- Experience leading a team of Consultants and Business Analysts
- Awareness of change management principles
Awareness of PRINCE2 methodology is highly advantageous
Start date: as soon as possible, although my client are able to entertain notice periods
Travel: 30% - European
