Consultant/Service Delivery - Banking
Outsource UK are looking for a contractor to perform service level management activities, coupled with technical report creation and analysis. Working with business and change management teams for an initial 11 month contract duration for our financial services client based in Buckinghamshire.
The Job:
Service Delivery/Consultant required to work in this new contract role managing service level targets with business and change teams. Creating technical reports and analysis, tracking issues and queries to a successful resolution. Reporting into the Head of Retail Service Delivery, experience of Remedy or similar ITSM tool.
Essential Skills:
- Service Delivery
- Experience of creating reports on Excel, VB, Macros and SQL
- Previous experience of managing methodologies and processes
- Process construction and improvement
