Description
Golang Developer (Go Software Engineer Programmer GoConvey GoCD AWS Cloud Linux Red Hat Docker Chef Microservices Agile Digital Retail) required by my retail client in Manchester.
You MUST have the following:
- Experience as a Golang (Google Go) developer/software engineer/programmer
- Agile
- One or more of the following:
- Continuous integration (GoCD, Jenkins, Bamboo/Hudson)
- Automated deployment (Chef, Ansible)
- Configuration management
The following would be DESIRABLE, not essential:
- GoConvey
- AWS (Amazon Web Services cloud)
- Perl, Bash, Shell, Ruby, Python or Korn Scripting
- Docker
- Terraform (HashiCorp)
- Micro services architectures
- eCommerce
- Goji
Role: Golang Developer (Google Go Programmer/Software Engineer AWS Docker Chef Microservices) for a large retail client in Manchester. You will be working within the company's digital department responsible for creating and improving the online and mobile suite of E-commerce products. The suite is divided into micro services (microservices/micro-services) for each function of the suite. An Agile team is allocated to each function. You will be assigned to one of these Agile Scrum teams. You will be responsible for the design and development of greenfield applications and the improvement and extension of existing products. It is a highly Agile AWS cloud environment.
