* Project Managers - Denmark.
RED is currently supporting a client in Denmark who is looking for 2 Project Managers to support them with a SAP harmonisation project.
The program has completed analysis and preparation/creation, and begin the design phase in January 2017. Go-live date has not been determined, but is expected in Q4/2017
Location: Central Denmark
Start date: Ideally 23rd of January but the client is flexible to wait till the beginning of February 2017
Duration: Till the end of 2017
Language: English is a must, Danish is a bonus
Tasks for The Senior IT Project Manager:
- Follow-up and management of activities to be provided by IT resources
- Managing IT operations and delivery elements (very detailed)
- Facilitating the process, when clarification of technical issues is needed.
- Ensuring the quality of the deliverables supplied by IT consultants
- Supporting program manager in detailed schedule identification
Must Have:
- Experience with major SAP implementation projects
- Experience in IT project management that goes beyond SAP supplies, but also includes environmental establishment and integration to non-sap systems
- SAP application background, such as SAP -PM, -PS, -FICO, MM or HR
- Strong personality skills to drive the discussions to closure/decisions
- Structured follow-up that creates full transparency within the team and with stakeholders
- Drive activities to completion in accordance with schedule
- Ability - in a positive/constructive way to get the work completed by others
- Have good understanding of processes related to the processes defined in SAP
- Solman experience as a user (process documentation, test preparation)
Tasks for Business project manager:
- Follow-up and management of activities to be provided by business resources across the track, which is in the program
- Management of Change Management action log (any identified business clarification and/or decision to be taken)
- Facilitation of the process that the business makes decisions in due time, taking the overall time-schedule of project into account.
- Ensuring quality of deliverables from business.
- Support trail leaders in the work on the role and responsibilities defined by new and modified processes in operation, which is implemented in the project.
Must Have:
- Strong personality skills with ability to drive the discussions to closure/decisions
- Structured follow-up,creating full transparency inside the and outside the program
- Drive activities to completion in accordance with schedule
- Ability to get the work completed by others, using a constructive/positive approach
- Experience from larger programs/SAP implementations from start to finish.
- Good understanding of processes related to processes as defined in SAP
- SAP project management experience through min 5-8 years
