Sage CRM Consultant needed for an exciting 6 month contract
The ideal candidate for this role should have the following skill set:
Demonstrated experience leading process workshops to produce client requirements for the implementation of SAGE CRM application
Extensive experience delivering CRM solutions, including hands-on configuration of SAGE CRM product.
Worked in multiple editions of SAGE CRM
Demonstrated experience in SAGE CRM 7.1, 7.3
Worked on SAGE CRM upgrade projects
Proven expert understanding of SAGE CRM system design, administration and use (certification preferred)
Demonstrated Experience in Marketing, Campaign, Contract management and Self-service portal
Experience modelling business processes using a variety or tools and Techniques
Knowledge of MS Visio, MS PowerPoint or similar tools
SQL Server Experience preferred
ITIL certification a plus
