Description

Having recently completed the first phase of their global Workday programme, my client requires a Workday Financials Lead/PM, to drive the deployment and embedding of Workday Financials throughout their U.S business.

This role is based from the clients Atlanta OR Connecticut offices with travel to various other US cities. Applicants MUST live within the Greater Atlanta or Connecticut areas and be willing to travel to other US locations- expenses paid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the review of global standard business processes to identify differences for local legal and regulatory requirements
  • Defining reporting inventory and gather local reporting requirements
  • Managing extract and transformation of master and transactional data
  • Managing local user acceptance testing
  • Actively managing risks and issues and escalate as required
  • Leading local training activities

Knowledge:

  • Workday Financials experience is a MUST
  • Previous experience of deploying Workday Finance in USA
  • Project Management and facilitation
  • Driven, committed self-starter with a hands on attitude
  • A committed team member
  • A proactive communicator
  • Passionate about deriving continual value from the Workday application
  • Passionate about process improvement and efficiency
  • High level technical understanding of Workday and other business applications
