You will be experienced enough with the Android OS to break it down, remove un-needed, unnessarily tools and functionality. removing auto-update services etc.
IF Android Filesystem (FAT/NTFS) USB Driver (xHCI) ARM Microcontrollers is in your toolkit.. we want to speak with you!
Work from Home Status for a couple days a week on offer. Maybe more as time progresses, but initially you need to be comfortable with a commute into London for a few days a week.
You will be working on a cutting Edge Tablet, Mobile Applications product for an Enterprise Customer client base.
- Firmware/Embedded software Android device experience
- Expertise in C software development, tools, and debug
- A strong software development discipline, including modularization and test methods
BIOS, Linux Kernel, devicedrivers, Embedded firmware, performance tuning, debugging tools, tests and release experience all ideal.
