Scope of Services
- Coordination of all new DWDM NG links on SFR backbone I&C activities but not restricted to it
- Coordination of all extensions on SFR NG backbone I&C activities but not restricted to it
- Follow-up pre-requisites and deliverables delivery on time
- Management of subcontractors
- Coordination of internal technical resources
- Follow-up delivery of the equipments on time with the supply chain and logistic
- Follow-up of the extra-costs
- Planning with customer and partners
- Reporting
- Responsibilities include but, not limited to:
- Delivery on time of the new links and extensions
- Extra-cost control
- Good relationship with customer
- Pilot the subcontractor
- Prepare Back Office operation - PR/PO for sub contractors on time, Material request preparation, Acceptances on time
- Build 3 or 4 weeks planning and respect the planning
- Escalate to project director when needed
