For a client in the industrial services area we are looking for a technical Dynamics AX Analyst

Location: Brussels
Language: Dutch (and a understanding of French)
Our client is currently implementing a new ERP system (Dynamics AX). They will implement modules across all the enterprise processes such as HR, Finance and Services (add-on Dynamic Software). They have more than 500 open issues. This assignment concerns all international business units of our client. One of the projects will be on the topic of mobile access to the ERP.
We are not looking for project managers or coordinators. Functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics AX is required.
Core tasks:
Analysis of business needs:
- Facilitates expression of needs
- Formalizes business needs
- Defines functional specifications
- Analyses IS and operational architecture and its evolutions
- Assesses software packages
Design of the solution to be implemented:
- Translates general specifications, reflecting business needs, into detailed specifications, reflecting the technical solution to be implemented
- Identifies and selects the technical project components
Assistance to the business for user acceptance tests:
- Prepares the user acceptance tests (test scenarios, organization and roll out)
- Participates in user acceptance tests
Support for the business for change management:
- Designs the change management program
- Facilitates User Support
- Designs and creates user and training materials
