Description
On behalf of our client we are, we are looking for a Software Development Manager (f/m) - Energy for external support with skills and abilities as stated below.
Task and responsibilities
- Management of multiple software development teams
- People management, target setting and monitoring, capacity planning
- Coordination of requirements across teams and locations
- Creation and continuous improvement of processes for software development and testing
- Management of the interfaces to multiple internal and external stakeholders
Mandatory skills and experience
- University degree in information technology, engineering, natural sciences or economics
- Experience and solid skills in team and people management required
- Critical thinking, the ability to identify problems and propose solutions
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and good communication skills are required
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, German and/or Czech can be an asset
- A background in financial markets, derivatives or cash trading applications is appreciated
- Experience with Java development environments, agile development, TDD, DevOps
