Job description summary
Conversion Specialist/Guru/sr program manager for Closed Book program.
400k 500k closed book policies need to be converted to a new targetsystem (self build)
They want to start with a 40 years old Legacy system called Keta (cobol) and then the rest.
After first migrations they want to assess if targetplatform is future proof enough or other is needed.
Also start a knowledge transfer, so they can outsource the maintenance of the targetsystem over 1 year.
