Your tasks:
- Take part in German customer meetings on premises, discuss the customers’ requirements and present possible technical solutions
- Evolving and specifying technical solutions for the customer requirements (voice processing and routing of incoming calls, Interactive Voice Response IVR, Automatic Speech Recognition ASR, Voice Recording) for 11.000 users
- Run meetings with 3rd party solution element provider and Verint
Your qualifications
- Cisco CCNP/CCIE Collaboration experience
- Contact Center Design experience
