Role: WMB/IIB Architect

Contract: 6 months (+ extension)

Next Ventures are looking for a WMB/IBB Architect for a project based in Boston. The ideal candidate will have worked through the ranks from developer through to lead developer and then onto an architect designing and leading complex integration projects within large enterprises. Any experience within fast moving consumer goods would be beneficial.
Role responsibilities:
- Own and produce integration architecture documents
- Contribute to integration strategy documents
- Work with customer architects to agree on the best architecture
- Work with integration team to produce functional specifications in line with agreed methodology
- Derive global consistency of patterns across the interface solution
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good communication skills
- Business functionality and process knowledge
- Analytic and planning skills
- Good understanding of SOA concepts
- Expertise in WebSphere MQ, MQ MFT, WMB, IIB, DP, WAS, Java and other managed file transfer products
