Contract Openstack Linux Engineer - £600 p/d
6 Months (Likely extension)
My client, a passionate and forward-thinking company, requires a contract Openstack Linux engineer to join their London office asap, working to deliver their new greenfield private Openstack cloud implementation.
The contract Openstack Linux engineer will require hardcore skills in Openstack, Linux, KVM and will be familiar with local and centralised storage.
The client is currently in the top 5 global implementations of this type and experience contracting on this project would be beneficial to any contracting CV.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Openstack and Linux
- Experience of managing and configuring KVM and QEMU hypervisors
- Experience coding in Python
- Track record of delivery in an agile environment
- Experience working with multiple teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
