Your Daily Activities Will Include
Act as technical advisor for Windows security initiatives including Firewalls, intrusion detection systems, data encryption, and Security Incident Event Management (SIEM)
Building, maintaining, deploying, managing and maintaining all security systems in Windows-based production and development environments
Monitor server logs, Firewall logs, intrusion detection logs, and network traffic
System and network monitoring and troubleshooting
Serve as escalation point for issues
Managing and maintaining information related to SOX audits.
What Your Background Should Look Like
5+ years building, deploying and supporting Windows Server environments (2008 R2/2012) including Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), ADFS, and Authentication protocols
3+ years hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and managing Firewalls, intrusion detection systems, data encryption, and Security Incident Event Management (SIEM)
Extensive, hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP suite of protocols including but not limited to ICMP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP(S), and FTP.
Prior experience managing and maintaining information related to SOX audits.
