A globally recognised prestigious brand is urgently recruiting for a UK C2C Growth Manager in Richmond.

Location: Richmond, London, UK

Consumer to consumer buying and selling is how the client began, and remains critical today. The market is becoming increasingly competitive in the UK and we are changing to address this. Through 2016 they have launched a variety of business driving and innovative initiatives, and in 2017 they will be focusing hard on growing the number of people who list ("Listers"). The new team member will be responsible for driving Listers, through a variety of levers, including marketing, customer support and platform improvements. The new team member will report to the Head of UK C2C Core.

Responsibilities
*Understanding inside out what motivates and drives people to list
*Being the voice of the customer, developing great Seller experiences
*Driving volume of active Listers, through increasing First Time Listers, reducing Seller Churn and increasing engagement from the active base (including cross sell and upsell). This will include refining and implementing our Seller Lifecycle Management strategy, working closely with other teams (including Marketing, Product and Customer Support)
*Developing and testing new communications/propositions/experiences to drive Listers
*Tracking and measuring volume of Listers across different segments, and understanding levers of growth

Job Requirements

*Fluent English speaker
*Degree level education or equivalent
*At least 5 years' professional experience in a Customer centric role
*Customer Lifecycle Management experience
*Considerable experience managing cross-functional teams
*CRM experience
*Highly mobile, computer and Internet literate
*Passion for E-commerce
