IT Project Manager - Bank

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a IT Project Manager for a project with a leading bank in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Description:

This project will design and deliver a TM competency training curriculum to support the enhancement of TM capabilities and enable staff to perform their role effectively, including the following components:

- Financial crime risks, AML threat and regulatory red flags knowledge required to perform to activities to manage TM and investigate alerts
- Training to support the implementation of new processes and roles & responsibilities
- Training to support the implementation of new technology

Business or IT knowledge:

- Required: Large complex global organisation
- Preferred: Financial services

Professional knowledge and experiences:

- Senior experienced project manager with proven results from complex change and training implementation projects
- Specification and preparation of competence and role specific training frameworks and material
- Planning and implementation of role specific training as part of a process implementation effort in complex global organisations

Personal Skills:

- Strong change leader that can demonstrate respect among stakeholders on various levels in the organisation
- Strong collaborative personality with high ability in social interactions
- Good experience and track record with stakeholder management
- Good communicator
- Keeping hard deadlines and ability to deliver under pressure
- Excellent in spoken and written English
