Must have previous experience in the UK Mobile Networks Build of Site Construction. Ability to work in a dynamic office environment.
Manage a build supplier and regional pot of sites for through construction and transmission
enabling milestones
SSR checks for quality and content on a site level
Manage GAA and high cost approval process on a site level
Focus on cost reduction in line with cost approval process. Flag high cost sites to lead PM.
Ensure IPM is up to date and accurate for build activities
Track aborts and outages. Reduce outage times outside agreed levels.
Provide appropriate reporting to Lead ADC PM/Lead Construction PM
Raise and manage construction and TXN enabling PO's
Approve construction and TXN enabling HOP's
Raise and manage logistics requirements within IPM WP
Ensure Internal Acceptance process alignment between ADC and TI (telecoms
implementation).
Identify project risks and manage/mitigate them as part of standard risk management
