T4S currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Improvement specialist/process specialist to join a leading Swedish retail brand, you will be responsible in supporting a quality gate team with structure, methods, templates and general implementation of improvements.
You will need the following skills:
- Technical background
- ITIL/Process knowledge
- Test process and methods
- Remedy application knowledge (iDESK)
- IT Landscape
- Fluent English/Swedish
