Here in our busy Service Centre, where we deal exclusively with our Banks Colleagues, you'll be responsible for providing great service by; Taking ownership and resolving your customer's requests and queries is paramount, as is making the most of your customer service skills to identify exactly what they need. You'll use your knowledge to meet and exceed those needs, and help them with their business requirements. And you'll enjoy the recognition you deserve. We put the customer at the heart of everything we do, so it's vital that you can focus on their needs. A confident communicator, you should be able to adapt your conversational style to build a good rapport with individual customers. Meanwhile, your positive and conscientious approach will ensure you maintain quality standards at all times. We're looking for individuals who can share examples of their significant customer service experience. In return, we'll do everything we can to help you thrive in our sociable working environment. We'll give you plenty of support with 5 weeks of full time comprehensive training both in the classroom and with support in the live Service Centre environment, as well as on the job coaching and mentoring to grow your knowledge of our Services. The successful candidates will be fully trained in 1 of the disciplines within the Service Request team, they are as follows;

Procurement

Resource Booking

Request management

This is a centralised team providing support to all of the banks locations nationwide.

The primary purpose of the analyst will be to provide support and fulfil requests from internal colleagues and suppliers.

Experience/Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience

- Experience of working in a Service Centre environment

  • Experience dealing with third party Vendors
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and Outlook
