For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Change Manager with a good understanding and knowledge of Java.

Duration: 12 months, extension possible

Tasks:
- Execute global Incident, Request and Problem Management on a senior level
- Ensure that all the tickets are updated correctly with all the related audit trails
- Broadcast communication about high priority issues
- Actively contribute to improve processes
- Review Changes from technical perspective and highlight issues that may result in unavailability Extend support in case any Batch related issues are reported by UK Infra Team
- Support SDM, Incident and Problem Manager with any technical details or inputs
- Perform standby support
- Decrease the incidents by 20% in 2017 (baseline to be determined by December 2016)
- (Internal) Client satisfaction 5.7 out of 7 (baseline 5.3)
Profile:
- 5 years of experience in IT run and change processes
- Technical background
- Knowledge of Java
- Drive to create client satisfaction
- Ability to embed standards in a changing environment
- Strong communicator (international, English language)
