CISCO NETWORK ENGINEER

6+ month Contract role. Looking for Cisco Network Engineer Contractors. To start 6 month contract or longer. You will need 5 plus years WAN/LAN, Design, Implementation, 3rd level production support, CISCO Routing and Switching, Nexus, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS any certifications a plus.

  • The Network Engineer is responsible for maintenance and management of enterprise network and data center network systems and solutions that align with the architecture and business models. The Network Engineer is mainly responsible for maintaining networks, solving incidents, problems and requests, but also for implementing changes in technology areas of routing, switching, Firewalls and load balancing. Key skills:

    • Bachelor's Degree or work experience
    • Cisco routing, switching technologies and/or F5 load balancing and security Checkpoint concepts
    • Ability to sort-out environments based on device configuration
    • Familiarity with IOS CLI
    • Cisco routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS)
    • Cisco switching
    • Valid CCNA
    • CCNP Route or equivalent knowledge
    • Knowledge on network documentation standards
    • ITIL incident/problem/change management guidelines familiarity
    • Customer service experience
    • Readiness to work in shifts in team 24x7support
