Description
System analyst - Billing required by my client a global software and services organisation based in Bucharest. The role is an initial 6 - 12 month contract with a negotiable pay rate depending on experience.
You will act as a liaison among stakeholders, communicates and implement recommended solutions in the relevant domains and practices.
Key responsibilities
*Evaluates and recommends a configuration that maximizes software capabilities vs. custom development within the agreed solution.
*Gathers requirements and analyses client needs and gaps - usually relevant on small or ongoing projects (New change request). For large transformation projects, these activities are performed by the Business Analyst.
*During the Construct phase of a project, prepares documents and specification that describe the configuration changes.
*Understands cross application dependencies and evaluates their impact.
*Supports the preparation of estimates for solution configurations.
*Configures the solution using relevant tools (OMS APM, EPC, ERP System) or system application (CRM Admin) based on the solution definition and customer requirements.
*Creates, executes, and maintains accurate and detailed test plans, when applicable.
*Supports the preparation of functional and technical training.
*Supports the resolution of configuration/implementation-related issues if and when they arise.
*Supports configuration solution during a project's life cycle (development, testing, post production)
Critical Experiences
*Configuration success in other products in the industry - preferred
*Migration - required, with knowledge involving at least one of my clients product
*Billing - required, with knowledge of my clients Billing System
*IMIS - required experience in implementation of commercial packages (eg SAP, Oracle, Success factor, JAM)
