Researcher - Contract - London - £410 a day
A global consulting organisation has a requirement for a Researcher to take part in an initial 4 month project based in London. The researcher must have solid written and spoken language skills, as they will be expected to create discussion guides, interview prep materials, and produce a research findings report. Applicants should have some experience in usability and design evaluation research.
Additionally the following is critical for all applicants:
- Experienced working in Agile environment, feeding user research into the design and development process within sprints
- Experience of working in the digital/tech industry: either agency or studio environment, or dedicated client-side role.
- Experience in a Design research or behavioural research role: carrying out primary research with end-users/members of the public. 1-to-1 interviews, usability testing, observational research, concept testing, persona research.
- Background in social or behavioural sciences: psychology, sociology, HCI, anthropology or similar
- Solid understanding of qualitative research methods, and main design research techniques
- Experience working in blended multi-disciplinary teams (design & dev) and acting as a research exper
