Content Designer | London | £pd | up to 2 years
Our Government client currently requires a Content Designer to work on a range of digital services and programmes whilst building the capability of internal staff. You'll be expected to work on all and any of our projects. That means working with delivery managers, product managers, developers, researchers, creatives, policy people, legal people, and senior management.
Required Experience
*Experience creating/writing content that is accessible and usable
*Experience using metrics and user feedback to define/refine content
*Experience working within a web application development environment
*Experience choosing the best format for displaying information to the user
*Experience working with content publishing systems
*Be able to envisage, then sketch, mock up, and/or rapidly prototype
*Experience working on UK Government digital services
*Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in an agile development environment
*Experience delivering user-centred designs based on user research, user feedback, analytics, etc.
*Have experience working to the GDS Service Standard
*Have significant design experience on projects developing digital products or services for the web
*Have strong verbal and communication skills to be able to streamline complex and/or technical language, processes and information to make it user-friendly
*Experience working closely with user researchers to interpret user research findings
