Description
We are looking for a Semantic-web consultant to work at our multinational client in Luxemburg.
Expected tasks and deliverables by the Consultants

The setting-up of work packages in the specific pilot project

Analysis of existing codes lists and possibility to reuse them;

Analysis of the rules and governance used by metadata registry and possible adaptations required within the domain of eProcurement.

Creation/reuse of code lists for use on metadata registry in conformity with rules agreed with the Publications Office (description of the code list including its source; code list and entry identifiers, description of the entries and so forth).

The identification of actors and stakeholders

Elaboration of specifications regarding the evolution, implementation and governance of the metadata

General advice and assistance during the implementation of the project.
Requested Skills
- University degree in informatics (Master or PhD)
Ideally 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar field

Good knowledge of semantic technologies

Knowledge of standards such as XML, XSLT, JSON, Akoma Ntoso, LegalDocXML,

- Very good presentation skills
