Proteus Europe is searching for a PLM Application Support Specialist speaking Dutch available for a long term contract in the Netherlands.

Your New role:-
Together with business representatives and IT colleagues you work together on extending the support of the globally growing PLM user community. In a team of ten you take new international roll out projects into support. You are responsible for the optimal performance of the PLM solution and daily user support. Next to the focus on Oracle Agile PLM e6, you also support WindChill and similar solutions.. You will develop core competences on application skills as well as personal skills, to grow to the next level in your function. You are the sparring partner for business colleagues seeking advice and support. You are responsible for solving incidents, problems and service requests in time and quality. Your experience of earlier working environments and doing projects at other companies will bring the company further in its growth and will make us stay number one in the markets it operates. In this function you will get room to develop yourself and will get the opportunity to bring knowledge into practice. You will work with a mindset to continuously improve the teams way of working and services offered. You report to the Manager IT Applications.
Your Skills and experience:-
Essential Skills:-
oFinished degree on Higher Educational level (HBO) in the field of ICT (Business Information or Technical Informatics)
oYou are able to understand innovation, engineering, manufacturing and service processes and translate them into IT principles to support the users of the applications properly.
oKnowledge of PLM or PDM systems like Oracle Agile PLM e6, WindChill and TeamCenter are an advantage.
oBasic IT knowledge and skills of office automation, cliënt/server principles, software development and databases is needed
oExperienced (3-5 years) in a Support function build up in an IT organization of preferably a company with complex manufacturing and engineering/supply chain processes.
oKnowledge of and experience with Prince2 and ITIL
- Your communication skills (in Dutch and English) are excellent
oPrepared to travel internationally (incidentally)
